The engagement began with a full brand assessment, which revealed opportunities for broader, big picture relationships between Abel & Mercer and its customers. We helped the company shift from being an under-utilised service provider into a more profitable, consultative role, positioning its intelligence and vision as key offerings.
Abel & Mercer needed to shift from a service proposition to a solution offering and introduce to the market a concept called “R&D Tax Credits.” We were engaged to help communicate Abel & mercer’s ability to examine the entire Research and Development tax rebate process to help innovative businesses thrive in maximising ROI on innovative research and development projects.
